Regulated Living is a trauma-informed approach to mental health coaching that helps you heal anxiety and depression at the root. Instead of just managing symptoms, we teach you how your nervous system works—and how to support it with tangible, everyday tools. We offer both group and 1:1 coaching to help you heal at your own pace, with science-backed education and personalized support.

Therapy typically follows a medical model focused on diagnoses and past experiences. Life coaching varies widely in approach and often overlooks trauma and physiology.

At Regulated Living, we blend neuroscience, somatic practices, and education into a collaborative, body-first model. We don’t diagnose or prescribe—but we walk with people who’ve experienced trauma, using a present-focused, safety-centered process to help you understand your symptoms and build real-life capacity.

The biggest difference is personalization. In Restore, our 16-week 1:1 coaching program, is a high-touch, personalized experience. You’ll work with a dedicated coach each week, get access to weekday messenger support, complete a comprehensive bloodwork panel, and receive lifetime membership access. It’s ideal for those ready to dive deeper with a custom healing protocol and more hands-on support.

The Regulated Living Membership includes a self-paced course, live group coaching calls, and ongoing community support. It’s a great fit if you want structure and science-backed tools at a lower price point—or if you want to explore Regulated Living before committing to 1:1 coaching.


Amanda isn’t currently available for 1:1 coaching, but she provides direct support inside the Regulated Living Membership through live group calls, Q&As, and community conversations.

Our mental health coaching programs aren’t covered by insurance. However, our 1:1 coaching program is HSA/FSA eligible. We also offer flexible payment plans and multiple pricing tiers to make our services more accessible.
