Release is a 60-minute, trauma-informed class focused on nervous system regulation. You’ll learn simple, research-backed somatic exercises to help release stored stress and reconnect with your body in real time.
We start with a short intro and educational context, then move through guided practices. You’ll have options throughout class to modify based on your needs. We usually wrap with an optional 15-20 minute live Q&A.
It’s hosted live on Zoom. Cameras are optional. All participants are muted to ensure a quiet, focused experience.
Yes! You’ll receive a replay link within 24 hours, available for 5 days. After that, the recording is only accessible inside the Regulated Living Membership.
Wear comfortable clothes and find a space where you can sit or lie down. A yoga mat, pillow, or blanket is helpful for support. Most somatic exercises can be modified for bed if needed. Bring water and set up a quiet, cozy environment if possible.
Yes. For now, Release happens on the 4th Monday of every month at 8 pm ET.
This class is not a replacement for therapy, coaching, or other professional medical care. But it’s a powerful companion to it.
You’ll learn trauma-informed, body-based tools that support nervous system regulation and help you process stress without needing to rehash your past.
You’ll also build interoception—your ability to tune into what your body is telling you—and respond with intention and care.
