For years, I cycled through therapy and meds, wondering why nothing was really sticking. You too? Then you’re in the right place. 

Turns out, the problem wasn’t me—and it’s not you, either. Anxiety and depression are symptoms of a nervous system stuck in survival mode.

Once I understood that, everything changed.

Now, I help people heal anxiety and depression at the root by combining science, somatics, and tools that actually work.
